Covers up to five income-producing assets in a single report. Includes executive summary, occupancy charts, rent collection analysis, operating expense breakdown, and year-on-year comparison tables.
Additional assets: 2,500,000 VND each beyond the first five.
Timeline: Three weeks from complete file handover.
Investor board pack
From 12,000,000 VND per meeting cycle
Slide deck (15–25 slides) plus appendix tables. Assumes you already have a quarterly report from us or provide equivalent source data.
Rush delivery (under ten business days): +30% on quoted fee.
Vacancy and lease analysis
From 8,500,000 VND per building
Standalone study for one property or a defined floor plate. Includes void-period timeline, renewal rate summary, and comparable rent survey from publicly listed and broker-provided data in Da Nang.
Multi-building portfolios quoted as a package.
Annual retainer
From 58,000,000 VND per year
Four quarterly reports for up to eight assets, plus two board packs. Suitable for firms with a fixed reporting calendar and consistent file formats.

Payment terms
We invoice 50% on engagement confirmation and 50% on final delivery. Bank transfer in VND. We do not process card payments on this website — pricing here is for planning purposes only.
