Process and timeline

- File handover (Days 2–5): You provide rent rolls, bank statements, expense invoices, and tenant correspondence from the quarter.
- Draft delivery (Day 12): PDF draft with flagged discrepancies for your review.
- Revision round (Days 13–18): One included revision cycle based on your written comments.
- Final delivery (Day 21): Final PDF, change log, and optional data workbook.
